one of the more surprising architectural gems that I saw on my trip was in the city of tallinn in estonia. the country used to be part of the soviet union, but declared independence in the 90s. shortly after that the city started developing into a modern urban area with the old town part jazzed up to lure in tourists (me). at any rate, the old town is a great example of old medieval cities, and the new areas of town are dotted with unique structures that i've never seen before. observe
I design poorly designed things. I write poorly written essays. But I can eat copious amounts of delicious food and maintain my figure, so it's all worthwhile.
