fascinating sight lines in the buildings. lots of vertical circulation, too.

not much modeling or rendering, i mean, it is basically just grass. but i put some nice hills and flags, etc. we're not designing the course, either, just a rendering, so i had to guess at what they'd do.

It's sort of a 'community center' with a big open space for gatherings and a stage that opens to the inside and outside amphitheater.
